To upload your final (accepted) manuscript, please follow the instructions provided by IEEE:
Registration is required
To be able to upload your final manuscript, we require that at least one author from each paper is registered for the conference. This way we try to ensure that all accepted papers will be presented. When you register for the conference using our
online registration system, you will be asked for the EDAS paper number. Shortly after the registration, you will receive an email containing the "Final Manuscript Password". This password must be entered when uploading the final paper to the publisher, and proves that at least one person has registered using your papernumber.
