Conference fees

For conference participants the registration fee includes lunches, concert, reception, and social dinner.

Accommodation

Block reservations for the conference period and the following days have been made in the hotels listed below. Please make your hotel booking in the online registration form. We recommend early booking of accommodation. After 20 April we can not guarantee available accommodation, but will do our best to help you.

All hotels, except Trondheim Youth Hostel, are located in the city centre (approx. 25-30 minutes walking distance from the conference site). Trondheim Youth Hostel is located approx. 45 minutes walking distance from the conference site (city buses available). Breakfast is included in all prices. Hotel bills should be paid directly to the hotel upon departure. Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card in the registration form. Further information will be given in the letter of confirmation.

If you need visa, please apply as soon as possible. The Secretariat is unable to intercede in or speed up the application process. Documentation of attendance will only be given to paper/poster presenters.

Cancellation terms

Registrations are binding. Cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Secretariat:

Cancellation of Conference Registration:
EuroNGI Advisory Board Members and EuroNGI Members will not be charged for cancellation. For others, the cancellation fee will be NOK 300 (incl. 25% VAT) administration charge for cancellations received within 1 May 2007. For cancellations received later, the charge will be NOK 600. Substitutes from the same company will be accepted without extra charge.

Liability

The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility.

Confirmation

Confirmation of your registration, including hotel reservation, will be sent by email in April.
