Author guidelines
All papers should be submitted electronically as PDF files, according to the IEEE Xplore standards. Papers can be submitted by means of the EDAS tool. Once there you can go to the NGI 2007 submission page.
If you are not registered in EDAS, you can create a free account by clicking the create your new user account link in the login page.
Examples of paper formats, usable as templates, are provided:
- Microsoft Word template;
- New LaTeX2e style file (Be sure to use \documentclass[conference]{IEEEtran} to obtain 10 pt. output.), bibliography style file, and PDF sample layout.
The papers will be published in the conference proceedings distributed on CD at the conference.
The papers will be published by IEEE Press and made available through IEEE Xplore.
For the publication of an accepted paper, registration of at least one of the authors is requested.
The authors of accepted papers will possibly be requested to provide an extended version of the paper.
Format requirements
Submitted papers should be at most 8 pages long. Each submission must be accompanied by the following information:
- A short abstract
- A complete list of authors and their affiliates
- Email addresses
- the topic(s) to which the paper pertains
